Description
Vitamin B12 is vital for the production of healthy red blood cells as well as for energy production, nervous system health, cognitive function, and homocysteine regulation. Betaine is a strong and important methyl donor for the body, especially for those who have MTHFR mutations.
This formula is designed particularly for those with defective MTHFR genes. For those with MTHFR mutations, taking 5-MTHF alone is not enough. This is why Dr. Ben Lynch has formulated this blend to support healthy homocysteine levels and to support the methylation process.

Directions
As needed, take 1 capsule with breakfast or early lunch. Use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.

Really works
I have IBS, So many foods irritate, bloat me but when I take this I don`t experience the bloating, irritability. This actually works better for me than all the different digestive enzyme's I have been taking over many many years. Oh Bromelain really assist my gut really well. Vegan & MTHFR mutation & Homocysteine

Good
I have a homozygous polymorphism of the MTHFR gene so this product is ideal for me. I don't notice a huge difference when taking it but have confidence in it judging by the dosage and ingredients.

Fantastic result
