Directions

Easy to chew tablets. Quite large in size. I don't mind the taste - but my children don't like them. We chose this brand as we have MTHFR and need methylated forms of vitamins. Great ingredients to support overall health.

Finally a vitamin for kids with both sensory issues and MTHFR needs
