Chicken and Rice Patties

Method:

  • 3 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cooked chicken breast (shredded)
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 3 diced spring onions
  • 1 1/3 cup grated cheese
  • 3 eggs

Ingredients:


  1. Mix all ingredients together, leaving some cheese to sprinkle on top.
  2. Spoon into greased muffin tray or form patties on a baking tray.
  3. Bake at 200 degrees celsius for about 15 mins.
