Coconut Cream Custard

Great for kids! Try with stewed fruit.

Ingredients:

  • 250ml coconut cream
  • 250ml raw milk (or half cream half milk or all coconut cream)
  • 5-6 egg yolks (5 yolks is pretty soft and a bit runnier)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1tsp vanilla paste


Method:


  1. Whisk all ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Divide up into ramekins or a baking dish.
  3. Put into roasting pan and fill with water up to half or 2/3 up the side of ramekin/baking dish.
  4. Bake around 170°C for 30-35 mins

Great treat for the lil' ones! Try adding some stewed fruit.
